WHY DOES NOBODY’S OUTFIT MAKE SENSE
I mean Nowi and Tharja (and by extention Micaiah’s redesign) are clearly still The Worst but honestly I’m realizing that I dislike literally all of them.
exoticsangria replied to your post “dang Flavia is is the most interesting character already (I really…”
SUMIA IS PUSHED SO HARD IT’S TERRIBLE I don’t want to ship Chrom and Sumia >:C
I’m planning to have them married in this playthrough regardless because Sumia’s daughter looks super cute with Chrom’s hair color! It’s not so much her relationship with Chrom that’s offputting to me (FE lords in the games with supports usually have one ending that’s more canon than the others so I’m pretty used to it) but rather that in just a few cutscenes she already comes off as not even a moeblob stereotype but a parody of a moeblob stereotype.
(Also the fact that she finds her pegasus right before she joins you… you’re a pegasus knight, why didn’t’ you have one already……)
your liveblogging is making me want to play it again ahhh
BUT ALL I’M DOING IS COMPLAINING play FE 9+10 instead tbh
WHY DOES NOBODY’S OUTFIT MAKE SENSE
dang Flavia is is the most interesting character already
(I really want to love Sumia for obvious reasons but… eh…….)
and it’s amazing
but wait there’s more
omg and then
"Why, is your nose bigger than your dick?" OMFG so good!
wait am I really the first person to write a response like that
I thought Lilicious was a pretty big deal but maybe it’s just because they’ve done a ton (by… 70s manga scanlation standards) of 70s gems so people like me care deeply about them
what the world needs is yuri written by queer women for queer women
I can’t pull up exact statistics, but this is definitely something that the world already has! As it is with shounen and shoujo, the series aimed at men tend to get more attention, probably based on the same general principal that it’s considered more normal for women to enjoy “men’s” media than vice-versa, but (also just as it is with shounen and shoujo), the series aimed at women are still numerous with many gems that just take a bit more digging to find than simply defaulting to what has top sales.
Anyway, yuri manga began in shoujo magazines (several important series written by — surprise! — members of the year 24 group) and in the modern day that’s expanded to dedicated yuri magazines aimed at women. As far as English releases go, we unfortunately don’t get much yuri manga in general (at least in the USA), but Lilicious is the clear scanlation group winner (I’m sure there’s some dude-aimed stuff among their projects, but the majority is not).
Okazu is a blog that’s also a lovely resource for yuri manga information in English, and it’s written by a lesbian.
Introducing Tag Replacer!
Tag Replacer allows you to mass-replace tags with ease. Install it, then go to Posts page on your dashboard of the blog you want, enter the tag you want replaced and the new tag, and Tag Replacer will do the rest.
Since editing posts put a lot of strains on servers, something I would like to avoid, operation of this extension is intentionally slowed down. So if you are going to replace tags of 4,000 posts, it’s better to just start it before going to bed.
Please note that it’s really experimental right now, so if you hit some bugs, please let me know by sending me an ask. Thank you!
